April 23 "WE HAVE A BUILDING PERMIT" Woo Hoo!!!

We finally have a permit. The forms and underground plumbing are being finished today. Sometimes I felt like this day would never come. All four neighbors are starting at the same time so we can share our experience. I hope it's all good.

April 17th 2009 My Master Bedroom "To Be"

I'm so excited to see things start coming to life. This will some day be my master bedroom. Lots of pipes have been added since this photo, My new job is going well. I love being back with the babies in the NICU. Sherry is a very patient preceptor, she is a wonderful teacher and co-worker.

April 10th "GROUND BREAKING"

It's official! We are breaking ground for the foundation. So we begin to rebuild. We will have a blessing in the next few weeks and place bible verses and prayers in our foundation.

Graduated & a new job! April 7, 2009

Here are the nurses that took the class with me. We finished last Friday and are on to new positions. I start back at UCSD Medical Center today. This is where I began 30 years ago!

We are progressing on the rebuild, the forms for the foundation are being laid out. It doesn't seem like we've progressed but when you look back to 2007, we've come a long way.

April 5, 2009 Tigger has passed.

Our poor kitty has been through a lot. Losing his home several times in the last 18 months has stressed him out so much he was down to 8 lbs. from 18 lbs. Last night he passed away peacefully. We will miss his antics. He has been with us for over 15 years.
